As more entrepreneurs participate in the creation of economies that foster innovation and social change, how do these businesses stay profitable and ensure a viable ROI? Social media has done well and good as a powerful tactic in rallying movements for social change around the world and in the corporate world by boosting brand loyalty and authenticity via CSR. This seems like the natural habitat to gain a customer’s trust and feedback through transparency and engagement. But how successful is social media in converting a good cause to sustainable dollars? What is the impact on the overall ROI for those businesses doing good and trying to do well? We’ll answer these questions and many more in this moderated panel hosted by SCENEPR in association with Design for Social Innovation (DSI) at SVA
